Cancel ReelShort Weekly Subscription

I have been charged against my will by ReelShort for a weekly subscription that I never managed to cancel. I originally subscribed through an online advertisement and I have not found any clear option to stop or cancel this service. The charges are being made weekly to my bank card, and the most recent payment was taken today, 13th, without my consent and despite my intention not to continue with this subscription. I feel that this situation is abusive, because I have no easy way to manage or cancel the subscription and I keep being charged automatically. I request an immediate refund of today’s charge and the full cancellation of my subscription to ReelShort so that no more amounts are debited from my card in the future. I kindly ask you to confirm the cancellation and the refund in writing as soon as possible.
