Refund My Unauthorized ReelShort Subscription Charges

I have an ongoing problem with unwanted ReelShort subscription charges that I have not been able to cancel despite repeated attempts within the app and through the available steps. Without going through Apple or Google subscriptions, my card has been charged directly by your independent payment system, including weekly charges of 19.99 USD that I did not knowingly agree to continue and could not successfully stop. Recently there have been at least three separate charges, and when I tried to cancel the subscription and remove my card details, I was not given any clear or effective option to do so. I request that the last three charges be fully refunded, that my subscription be cancelled immediately, and that my card information be permanently deleted from your system so that no further withdrawals can be made. I ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for written confirmation once these steps have been completed.
