I have been a Reelshort subscriber paying by credit card directly since 07/22/2026, and for about a month I have been trying to cancel my subscription without success. Despite multiple attempts, I am still being charged weekly. I have sent emails directly to Reelshort requesting that my subscription be canceled, but I have not received any reply and the charges continue. I am using the service from the USA and these unauthorized ongoing weekly charges are causing me financial inconvenience. I request that my Reelshort subscription be canceled immediately so that no further weekly payments are taken from my credit card.
