Unable to Access Or Cancel Subscription On ReelShort

I have been repeatedly charged for a ReelShort subscription even though I cannot find or access any active subscription on my account. So far there have been three separate ReelShortW charges taken via Apple Pay from my Hong Kong‑registered payment method, on 1 August 2026 and 15 August 2026 (and one more similar date), with amounts around 7.99 USD and 30.24 USD shown in the transaction details. Despite these payments, there is no ReelShort subscription visible under the subscriptions section of my Apple ID settings, so I am unable to manage or cancel it myself. I have already emailed ReelShort about this issue but have not received any response. I am being charged for a service I cannot even locate or access, and I have no way to stop the payments from my side. Based on the current pattern, another payment is expected to be taken this Friday, so I urgently request that any further charges be stopped immediately. I request that all unauthorized or unexplained subscription payments be refunded to me and that this hidden subscription be completely cancelled so that no further charges are taken from my Apple Pay account.
