ReelShort Refund To Bank Card

For the past four weeks I have been charged 29.99 every Tuesday at around 2:30 for ReelShort on my mobile device, even though I have never subscribed to any ReelShort service. These payments appear directly on my card, not through any app store such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Since I never authorized or approved a subscription with ReelShort, I consider these recurring charges to be completely unauthorized. I have not yet been able to find any clear contact channel for ReelShort, so I have not been able to resolve this issue directly with the company. I request that all unauthorized ReelShort charges that have been taken from my card since they started four weeks ago be fully refunded and that any possible subscription or recurring payment related to ReelShort be cancelled immediately. I also expect this situation to be investigated and prevented from happening again.
