Cancel Subscription On My Account

I have been experiencing an ongoing problem with a recurring subscription related to Reelshort for over a month, which I am unable to cancel. Despite this, a total of ZAR 1051 has already been charged to my bank card, and the payments are still continuing without my consent. When I check the Reelshort mobile app, it does not show that I am subscribed, so there is no visible option to cancel from within the app. I have also sent emails to the company to request cancellation, but I have not received any response. In my bank records, I can see recurring charges, including a payment on 10 September from a merchant named “REELSHORTW-11”. Because I cannot manage or stop this subscription from the app and my emails are being ignored, I feel stuck with unwanted recurring charges. I request the immediate cancellation of this subscription and the stopping of all future payments linked to Reelshort or “REELSHORTW-11”.
