I pre-ordered Reeder's product and made an advance payment, anticipating clear communication and support throughout the process. When I didn't receive answers to my questions, I asked for a refund of the advance payment. It has been three weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund. Rather than offering a clear solution, they keep postponing the process, which makes me feel trapped and uncertain about my next steps. This situation has led to avoidable hassle, particularly since the product isn't even available yet. If the refund is not processed by midnight tonight, I will pursue all necessary legal actions to safeguard my rights and retrieve the payment.
