Hepsijet – Order Delivery Issue

I was informed that my shipment would be delivered to my home address on September 1; however, as of September 4, it still has not been delivered. For the three days following September 1, no delivery attempts were made, and live tracking of the shipment was not available. Despite this, the shipping company tries to justify their failure by claiming they attempted delivery on September 3, which is false since I never received the shipment. I have contacted customer service multiple times during this process, yet my situation remains unresolved and my rights as a customer have been ignored. I demand that my shipment be delivered to my address immediately, and no later than September 4. If this is not resolved, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action and file a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities.
