Reeder Fails to Deliver Promised Product After 15-Day Wait and False Assurances

I previously submitted a complaint about an issue with Reeder, and they contacted me, assuring me that the problem would be resolved if I withdrew my complaint. Trusting their word, I waited patiently, only to be misled with excuses for 15 days. After all that time, they eventually apologized, claiming they didn’t have the product available.
This level of unprofessionalism is shocking—I have never dealt with such a poorly managed company. Their employees, specifically Ms. Umran and Ms. Melissa, misled me with false promises, deceiving their customers rather than addressing their concerns honestly. If Reeder does not take responsibility and fulfill their commitment, I will share this entire experience across all social media platforms. I strongly advise against choosing Reeder for any purchases.
