Reeder Did Not Refund Me After I Canceled My Phone Order Before Shipping
On January 18, 2025, I purchased a phone worth ₺4200 from the Reeder website. However, I decided to cancel it the same day, and the order was canceled on January 24, 2025, before it was shipped. Despite this, they still have not refunded my payment since January 24. I call customer service 2 to 3 times a day and send emails regularly, but I receive no response. What's more frustrating is that customer service keeps saying they have no information. They had all the information when taking the payment, but when it comes to issuing a refund, suddenly they know nothing. It has been nearly two months, and I am still waiting for the refund for a product I never received or used.
Customer service still does not respond. When I call, they constantly say we have no information, please hold on.
