Reeder Network Issues Remain Unresolved
Just a week ago, I purchased a Reeder device through the 'buy one get one free' campaign. Unfortunately, I encountered a network issue with the device. Despite being careful with its usage, I noticed this problem just two days after purchase. The device has no scratches or damage whatsoever. I showed the situation to the Reeder store, even capturing images of the device to account for any potential issues. Opting for a refund, I returned the device. However, today I received a message stating that a replacement would be provided instead of a refund. I returned the device within 10 days, and I want my refund. If I can't retrieve my money without resorting to legal action, I'm prepared to escalate the matter. It seems evident that attention is needed to address my predicament
