Realme Note 50 Audio Issues Persist Despite Multiple Repairs

I purchased the Realme Note 50 (Night Black) on 16.08.2024, but from the very first day, I faced a recurring issue where the other party could not hear me during calls. I sent the phone for service three times, hoping for a proper resolution. However, after my third attempt, I explicitly requested a replacement as the issue persisted.

Instead of addressing the problem seriously, they sent the phone back, claiming they resolved it with a software update. If a simple update could fix it, wouldn’t I have done that myself? Their dismissive attitude has left me frustrated.

Since purchasing this phone, I haven’t been able to use it for even a month in total. I will now escalate this matter to the Consumer Rights Board. I expect a prompt and proper resolution, as I refuse to tolerate further negligence. Realme, take responsibility for your faulty product!
