Realme NOTE50 Has Chronic Sound Issue and Still No Fix After 4 Months of Waiting

I purchased a NOTE50 mobile phone from Vatan Bilgisayar on May 10, 2024. Shortly after I started using it, the other party on calls would sometimes say they couldn't hear my voice. Initially, I thought it was a network issue, but it wasn’t. "Vatan Computer" advised me to take the phone to the KVK service. The first time I gave it to KVK, they said nothing was wrong, ran tests, and returned the phone to me a day later. However, the problem persisted. I returned it again, but the same thing happened. I even sent proof through WhatsApp showing there was no sound during external calls, but they returned the phone once again. After giving it in for the third time, they told me to contact Realme directly. When I called, Realme customer service told me to wait for an update that would fix the issue within a week. It's now been four months, and there’s still no resolution. I have called Realme customer service at 03124010237 numerous times. They admitted that this is a known chronic issue that affects several models. Since my phone has a voice recording feature, all my calls are recorded. Over the past two weeks, I was informed that there is nothing more they can do, and I was advised to pursue my legal options. I will begin by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee tomorrow, followed by submitting it to CİMER and the Ministry of Trade. A defective product should not be imported, and consumers should not be left stranded. I am willing to provide all the voice recordings upon a legal request. I would appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.
