DHgate Tracking Says ‘On the Way’ but Item Never Arrives

About three months ago, I placed an order on DHgate and paid approximately $72 by credit card. Despite the long time that has passed, the product has still not been delivered. The system only displays messages like “your package is on the way, please be patient,” which makes me feel like I am being stalled.

Since the delivery has been delayed for such an extended period and I keep being told that the package is “in transit,” I have been significantly inconvenienced. All details related to my order are available on the site and can be reviewed at any time.

Because I no longer believe the product will actually be delivered, I am requesting that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card immediately.
