I Face Shutdown and Lagging Problems After Android 15 Update on Realme 12 Lite

I have been using my Realme 12 Lite without major issues until the Android 15 update arrived. Since installing the update, the phone has started to shut down randomly, especially while it is charging, but sometimes also at unexpected moments during normal use. On top of this, the device now suffers from serious lagging, which makes even basic tasks frustrating.

The problems started on September 5, 2025, right after the update. I bought my device from Vatan and I still have the warranty certificate. Until now, I have not contacted Realme customer service, but it has reached the point where the phone interrupts my daily use.

I expect Realme to take responsibility and fix these issues caused directly by the software update. If this can be solved through a new patch or remote software fix, it should be released quickly. However, if the problem is found to be hardware-related, I demand a free replacement under warranty. I purchased this phone with the expectation of stability, and I cannot accept ongoing crashes and performance drops right after an official update.
