My spouse also uses a Realme 12 Lite, and while the phone itself is great – fast and reliable – the Android 15 update hasn't been rolled out to everyone, including our devices! This is completely unacceptable, especially since so many people are complaining about issues.
I've heard that Realme isn't bothering to address these problems, which is infuriating. They're quick to sell you a phone, but when issues arise, they vanish. A smartphone isn't a cheap purchase, and we expect proper support and updates.
