Bitget Won’t Let Me Change the Email Address on My Account
I have an existing Bitget account that was previously registered using the email address t*******@gmail.com**, which I no longer use. I want to change my account email to k*******@gmail.com**, which is my active email address. However, despite trying for several days, I have been unable to complete this change.
I have contacted customer support multiple times via email, in-app support, and by submitting forms. I followed every method they provided step by step, but the email change still does not go through, and the issue remains unresolved. Despite all my efforts, no permanent solution has been offered.
I request that the email address on my Bitget account be updated to k*******@gmail.com**, which I actively use, and that this process be completed smoothly and as soon as possible.
