Bitget Blocked My Account and Wiped Out My 36,000 USDT Futures Profit

I earned 36,000 USDT in profit by trading futures on the VOXEL/USDT pair on the Bitget exchange. However, my account was later blocked for two days without any request for additional documents or identity verification.

After this account restriction on April 20, retroactive actions were taken on my account, and my profit was completely erased. The entire 36,000 USDT I earned was taken from me.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that this was due to “manipulation.” However, no concrete explanation, detailed evidence, or reasonable justification was provided to support this claim. I would like to clearly state that I conducted my trades in accordance with the rules and did not engage in any fraud, abuse, or manipulation.

I find it extremely unfair that Bitget unilaterally blocked my account and then reset my earned profits to zero. For this reason, I demand that my full 36,000 USDT profit be returned to my account without any deductions.
