After installing the Android 15 update on my Realme 12 Lite smartphone, I started experiencing a persistent visual problem across all areas of the device. Text is now displayed with colored boxes behind it, and the colors change randomly depending on the text. This makes reading very difficult, whether I’m using apps or simply browsing the internet.
The issue began immediately after installing the update and has continued ever since. I contacted Realme customer service, but they dismissed the problem by saying it was an “Android feature” and provided no real solution. My phone is no longer under warranty, and while I have not suffered a financial loss, this bug has negatively affected daily use by making the screen hard to read.
I request that Realme fix this software glitch through a corrective update or patch so that the device returns to its previous normal display. I want the clean, functional interface back without distracting colored backgrounds on text. I expect a clear and prompt resolution.
