On December 4, 2025, at 2:37 PM, I deposited $138 into my Bitget wallet account through MoonPay, but the funds were never credited to my account. Bitget claims that they did not receive the money and refused to take responsibility, leaving me stuck in the middle. Even though my bank transaction history and payment receipt clearly show that the payment was completed, the money never appeared in my wallet.
After I shared my complaint on Telegram, a person who claimed to be an authorized representative contacted me by phone. They convinced me to remove my complaint by promising that I would be paid more than my original amount. Trusting this statement, I removed the complaint. However, neither the promised payment was made nor was my original $138 deposit credited. On the contrary, my Bitget wallet account was restricted, and I lost access to my account entirely.
This situation has been ongoing for 14 days, and I am no longer able to cope. I am experiencing severe stress, insomnia, and psychological distress as a result of what I have gone through. Given the seriousness of the harm I’ve suffered, I urgently expect a response and a resolution. I have all related receipts, bank records, and screenshots for the transaction and can provide them if requested.
I demand that Bitget refund my $138 MoonPay deposit, and considering the severe hardship and psychological damage I have endured, that the amount be returned to my Enpara Encard account at 100 times its value (approximately $13,800), and that my issue be resolved immediately.
