I have been using my Realme 12 Lite for about a year, purchased from Turkcell, and recently I have run into a frustrating problem. For the past three to five days, every time I try to perform a software update, I receive the same error message: “Network connection error.” I tested this across multiple connections, including different Wi-Fi networks and mobile data, but the result is always the same. Even just now, when I retried, the update failed with the identical error message.
My device is still under warranty, and up until now I had no issues with it. I have not yet contacted customer service, and I have not suffered any direct financial loss. However, the inability to update my phone means I am missing out on critical security patches and performance improvements, which is a significant concern.
I expect Realme’s technical team to investigate this recurring update error and provide a working fix. Whether it requires a server-side adjustment, a patch, or a guided manual solution, I want to be able to complete the update without errors. If this issue is linked to a faulty update rollout, Realme should also ensure users are informed and supported. I request that this problem be resolved quickly so I can keep my device up to date and use it safely.
