I’ve been dealing with an extremely frustrating problem on my Realme 10 smartphone. The phone frequently operates by itself — it opens the contact list, dials random people, writes messages, and navigates apps on its own. It’s as if someone else is controlling the screen remotely. I initially thought this might be caused by a faulty app, so I deleted all apps and even performed a factory reset. Unfortunately, the issue persisted.
When I contacted Realme support, they claimed the issue stemmed from the touchscreen panel, so I took it to an authorized service center under warranty. The screen was replaced, yet the ghost touch problem continues, even after setting everything up from scratch.
This is incredibly disruptive — I can’t trust my phone not to make calls or send messages without my input. I need Realme to acknowledge that this is more than just a screen issue and offer a real solution, whether through a software update or a full device replacement. I paid for a reliable smartphone, not one that randomly takes actions on its own. Please resolve this issue immediately.
