I have been using my Realme 10 Pro Plus for about two years, and up until recently I was very satisfied with its performance. However, after the latest software update, the phone began showing serious problems that affect daily use. The screen now flickers, the keyboard disappears on its own, and games show frequent display errors. The lock screen also activates by itself, disrupting usage.
In the past two days, the situation has worsened significantly. The phone has become very slow and suffers from extreme overheating. During gaming, these issues are even more noticeable, but now the back of the phone becomes uncomfortably hot even while messaging. This constant heating makes the device difficult to hold and raises concerns about long-term usability.
So far, I have not contacted technical service or customer support, as at first I thought the issues were minor. But now they seriously impact my daily use. I purchased the phone through Hepsiburada, and its 2-year warranty will expire in February. I am not sure if the warranty still applies.
At this stage, I expect Realme to release a corrective update that addresses these software-related issues and restores the phone’s original performance. I cannot perform a full reset or experiment with chargers due to work obligations, so I need official support via remote assistance or a new software patch.
