My Realme 12 Freezes Multiple Times a Day and Takes 10 Minutes to Respond

I purchased a Realme 12 smartphone from MediaMarkt Mall of Istanbul on December 15, 2024, and ever since, I’ve been experiencing a highly frustrating issue. The phone randomly freezes for 5 to 10 minutes, becoming completely unresponsive. After that, it comes back to life on its own, but this isn't a one-time glitch—it happens 5 to 6 times every single day.

This constant freezing has made the phone nearly unusable for daily tasks like messaging, calls, or even browsing. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since this is a brand-new device. I expected reliability and smooth performance, not a device that halts without warning several times a day.

I've had enough of this issue and am now asking: Is there an authorized service center that can actually fix this? Is there a known software or hardware solution to this? Because resetting the device or living with this performance is not acceptable.

Realme needs to take this issue seriously and provide either a permanent fix or a full replacement. For the price paid, this phone should function flawlessly—not frustrate users daily. I hope support reaches out quickly to resolve this ongoing problem.
