Cannot Redeem Code of Razer Gold Gift Card

On the Eneba website I purchased a 30 USD Razer Gold gift card on the 15th of this month. When I tried to redeem the code, the system showed that the transaction was rejected and that the code had already been used, so I could not load the balance to my account. I have not been able to use the product I paid for, and I have not yet received any support on this issue because I have not contacted customer service before. I request that Eneba provide me with a new, valid Razer Gold code equivalent to my purchase as soon as possible so that I can use the balance I paid for.
