On 06/01/2026 I purchased a Razer Gold gift card through Eneba, but the code was never delivered to me. The purchase was completed and I received the order confirmation with the reference number o-y7m8*** yet no usable code has been provided since then. I contacted customer support regarding the missing code, but I have not received any response or action to resolve the issue. My Razer Gold account is registered in the USA and I specifically bought this product for use in that region. I request that this situation be resolved as soon as possible by either delivering the valid Razer Gold code I paid for or providing a full refund to my original payment method. I expect clear information about the steps to be taken and a prompt solution.
