Eneba Sold Me a Razer Gold Gift Card That Was Already Redeemed
On January 30, 2026, I purchased a USA Razer Gold gift card from Eneba for a total amount of $513 USD. When I attempted to redeem the gift card code, I received an error message stating that the code had already been redeemed and could not be used. After discovering this issue, I contacted Eneba customer support, but I have not received any response so far. I also do not have an invoice number or order number related to this purchase that I can reference in my complaint. Under these circumstances, I request that Eneba provide me with a working replacement code equivalent to the $513 USD USA Razer Gold gift card I paid for as soon as possible, so that I can use the product I purchased without further delay.
