Please Help Me Activate My Razer Gold Gift Card
I purchased a physical Razer Gold gift card with a $100 balance from Walgreens, and although I have the activation receipt, I have not been able to use the card. When I try to redeem the code on Razer’s official website, I consistently receive the “Invalid PIN code” error, even though I enter the code correctly. This problem has been ongoing for about two weeks. I went back to the Walgreens store and asked for help, but they told me there was nothing they could do, so the issue remains unresolved and my balance is still unusable. I request that my $100 Razer Gold gift card either be activated without any further problems so that I can use the balance I paid for, or, if activation is not possible, that a full refund be provided for this card.
