I purchased Razer Gold top-up codes from the website Epindigital, which claims to offer reliable e-pin services. The payment went through, and the balance was deducted from my account. However, the Razer Gold codes they provided had already been redeemed by someone else. When I tried to contact their support team to resolve the issue, I was met with nothing but automated replies.
The live chat is useless—it only sends preset messages and doesn’t connect to a real agent. I tried the WhatsApp support button, but it doesn't even redirect anywhere. It’s just there for show. I was told to send an email instead, which I did, but I still haven’t received any response.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. I feel cheated and ignored. I paid in good faith and received nothing in return. I demand that Epindigital immediately provide me with valid, working Razer Gold codes or issue a full refund of my ₺. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t stay silent until this is resolved.
