Rayban Rejected My Warranty Claim Without Valid Report

My Ray-Ban glasses, which are under warranty, were sent in for inspection twice with the reference numbers INC1127896 and INC1138888, and both times they were returned on the grounds of “user error.” The stated reason for the return was that the glasses had been exposed to impact. However, as clearly shown in the photos, the plastic parts expanded and stretched due to exposure to heat from the sun while on my face. There are no signs, scratches, or marks indicating any impact. The company claimed that their experts had examined the product but provided no explanation, report, or documentation—just a generic checklist with a standard tick, ignoring the visual evidence I submitted and offering a superficial response that left the issue unresolved. The looseness in the hinge is clearly a manufacturing defect. I did not accept the return of the glasses without being provided with a clear, detailed report. The store told me, “There’s nothing we can do, it’s not our responsibility,” and referred me to the number 44 6 785. That number also told me, “It’s not our issue, we can’t help.” As a consumer, I’m being deliberately left without a solution and prevented from seeking justice. Atasun Optik, which operates in many locations across the country, only focuses on selling products, while Ray-Ban avoids dealing with customers after the sale. These two companies follow a non-transparent policy that wears customers down and obstructs their ability to claim their rights. If I cannot find a resolution through this platform, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as a final step.
