Ray-Ban RB4171 Sunglasses Scratched Easily After Minimal Use

A few months ago, I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban RB4171 sunglasses, and I recently noticed fine, hairline scratches on the left lens. It doesn't look like they were caused by a hard impact or a sharp object, but rather as if the lens brushed against something lightly and scratched right away. If it had been a sharp object, it would have removed the coating on the lens, but this happened with minimal contact. As a result, there is now a blurry area on the left lens. I went to Atasun and politely explained the situation, pointing out that such a minor incident shouldn’t have caused this much damage, especially for a product from a well-known brand that I paid a significant amount for. I requested a refund or an exchange. They sent it to service, but guess what the outcome was? Disappointment. I spent a lot of money, and after only 2-3 months of use, these glasses have failed me, despite the fact that I’m a very careful person and take good care of my belongings. Yet, no support was provided. If this had happened in some other European country, they would have replaced the product and ensured I wasn’t left at a disadvantage. Unfortunately, I’m now experiencing a double standard. I am currently being treated unfairly, and I expect my issue to be resolved.
