Atasun Optik Refused My Ray-Ban Frame Replacement Claim Due to Discoloration Issue

In March, I brought my Ray-Ban glasses to the store for inspection due to discoloration on the frame. After inspection, I was informed that the discoloration was user-related, supposedly caused by exposure to sunscreen, cologne, or similar substances. I am attaching a photo of my glasses, and I find this explanation unacceptable. These glasses are always kept in their case, so they should not deteriorate this quickly. The discoloration appears only on the frame, contradicting the reason given. Logically, any wear would show on the temples where the glasses are frequently touched, not on the frame itself. Despite being under warranty and not using the products mentioned, my request for repair or replacement was refused. This experience has led me to question Atasun’s reliability, commitment to customer support, and the authenticity of the products they sell. I firmly request a replacement for my glasses and reject Atasun’s unfounded explanation.

Hello, I do not accept the brand's approach to a pair of glasses that are still relatively new and have a 2-year warranty reaching this condition. While this issue does not occur with other Ray-Ban glasses used by the same person, claiming it is user-induced and insisting on this shows that you are not looking at it from a solution-oriented perspective. As I mentioned on the phone, I will take the matter to the Consumer Rights Court.
