Ray-Ban RB4147 Frame Dullness Issue Unresolved

I purchased a Ray-Ban RB4147 model pair of glasses from Atasun Optik. Within at most one month of purchase, two separate spots on the frame became dull, and this issue has become a constant problem that does not go away. I was informed that my glasses had a 2-year warranty. To resolve the issue, I returned the product to the store. Four days later, I was contacted and told that the problem was due to user error, and no action was taken. However, despite using the product for a short time and with care, such a problem occurred, and it was not considered under warranty, which caused me inconvenience. I request either an exchange for an identical product of equal value or a refund. My related invoice number is A1Y2025000000217. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved.
