Instant Unban From Umingle

My Umingle PC account on the Umingle website was banned two days ago with the stated reason “Gender Searching.” When I tried to log in, I saw a message saying I was banned and that the ban could only be removed if I paid 99 Rupees. I find both this decision and the payment requirement unfair. Before the ban, I did not receive any warning, clear explanation, or chance to correct my behavior. I was not told which rule I allegedly violated, how many times this happened, or given any evidence. There is also no clear and free appeal process that would let me respond to the accusation or ask for a review without first paying money. Conditioning access to my existing account on a payment of 99 Rupees feels more like a forced charge than a fair moderation action. This situation has damaged my trust in the platform and makes me feel that users can be blocked and then asked to pay to regain access instead of going through a transparent, step‑by‑step review process. For these reasons, I request that my Umingle account be permanently unbanned without any payment and that the “Gender Searching” ban be reviewed and removed from my account history. I also ask you to provide a clear explanation of any rule you believe I violated and to restore my full access to the platform as soon as possible.
