Peugeot Has Kept My Disabled Vehicle in Service for Two Months Without Repair

May 19, 2025 8:20 PM37

I was involved in an accident with my Peugeot vehicle on 21.03.2025, and it was towed to the authorized service center the same day. The bumper and headlight needed to be replaced. It has been two months, and I still haven’t received my car back. They are also not providing a replacement vehicle. I have no information on when the parts will arrive. Despite repeatedly stating that my car is a disabled-access vehicle, no action has been taken. According to the law, the maximum repair period for a passenger car sent to an authorized service center is 45 business days. This period has long passed, yet no progress has been made—they just keep telling me to wait. Although my car is not even a year old, it has been sitting in the service center for two months due to a lack of parts, and I am suffering as a result.
