Randox Health Clinic Blood Test Result Delay

Three days back, I got the flu and not feeling good, I went to see the doctor. The doctor asked for blood tests and some other tests to see if I required antibiotics. I went to the Randox Health clinic for some tests. When I asked the nurse on duty when the results would be available, she said they would be ready in 24 hours. It's been two days, and I'm still waiting for my test results. Every time I give them a ring, they claim it'll be good to go in a couple of hours, but I think they're just dragging their feet. It's a real bummer that they can't manage to deliver basic test results. Even in the midst of the pandemic, they were hustling.
