Randox Health Clinic Blood Test Mishap

My most recent check-up at Randox Health for my blood pressure was 5 months back. So on March 2nd, I tried to set up an appointment for a blood test at my place, but they told me they couldn't do it for a little while. So, I had to take my son to the clinic. But what I saw and how I was treated really made me sad. The clinic was packed, and I had to wait for around 1.5 hours before I was seen. It was total chaos inside. Everyone looked pretty bummed out, and things were a bit of a mess. On top of that, the staff was not up to par; I thought they would be more polished. We really need the authorities to step up and keep a closer eye on this clinic; it's just so disappointing.
