QCY T13 Headphones 'Liquid Damage' Claim & Warranty Refusal

I sent in my QCY T13 headphones, which I got from Hepsiburada, for repair because one side was not working. The servicing center said there was liquid damage. I sent similar headphones to the same service center three times for separate brands, and each time I got the same "liquid damage" response. I'd like to emphasize that I didn't use the headphones in the shower, and I didn't tell Hepsiburada. After purchasing a headset for ₺350, the seller offered to replace it for ₺550. Ode Bilişim imports QCY items; however, I've seen that they ascribe liquid damage to all products. This conveys the impression of a dishonest merchant.
