First, make sure you're running the most recent firmware from the QCY app (available on iOS and Android). A firmware update can often boost ANC performance.
Also, check sure the ANC mode is activated via the app or touch control; certain models require a press-and-hold gesture to switch between ANC modes.
Proper ear tip fit is required for efficient noise cancellation. To obtain a secure seal, experiment with different ear tip diameters; a bad fit diminishes ANC efficiency dramatically.
Test the earbuds' efficacy in moderately noisy areas—QCY's ANC is often effective against low-frequency noise but less potent than luxury brands in high-frequency conditions.
If the performance is still bad, please contact QCY support at [email protected] with your order number, model information, and a description of the problem.
