I Bought the QCY T13 and the Right Earbud Has Loud Static—No Return Accepted
I recently bought a QCY T13 wireless earphone, and the right earbud started making a loud static noise almost immediately. It’s constant and completely ruins the listening experience. I tried to return the product, but was told that since it’s a “personal item,” it’s not eligible for a return or exchange. So I’m left with a faulty product that I can’t use, can’t return, and apparently can’t get support for either.
I’ve reached out and followed the recommended steps, including being told to “just write on Şikayetvar.” Well, here I am—let’s see if QCY or the seller actually listens. Who is responsible for this faulty product? Where is the customer service when you need it? The product is clearly defective, and hiding behind the "personal item" excuse is unacceptable. I expect either a replacement or proper technical support.
