I Regret Buying the QCY T13 ANC—Left Earbud Stopped Working After 1 Year

I purchased the QCY T13 ANC earbuds from a seller on Hepsiburada, and after just 13–14 months of very light use (only about 5–6 times a month), the left earbud completely stopped working. I decided to send it in for repair under warranty. That's when the real headache began.

Initially, the service center rejected my claim, saying the original box was missing. I later found the box and sent it again, only to receive an unprofessional and offensive response. They claimed the earbuds were dirty and that there was ear discharge—which is completely false. I had thoroughly cleaned the earbuds before shipping them. Despite resending the product, they didn’t even bother opening the box the second time and sent it back with the same canned excuse.
