Qatar Airways Fails to Assist with Missing Flight and Damaged Baggage Issues

I bought a Qatar Airways ticket for a flight at 13:45 on December 6, 2022, to Sao Paulo. I've flown with this company three times before. This time, though, I bought the ticket in Kadikoy from MNS Turizm. It's too bad that my friend's name didn't show up on the flight back from Sao Paulo, and my flight to Istanbul wasn't seen until Doha. These events have caused a lot of emotional and financial harm. This experience has let us down and made us sad. We haven't heard back from the Qatar Airways team since I asked for their help and support to fix the problem. We are very upset about this lack of responsibility.
