My friends and I purchased tickets for Qatar Airways flight SAW-DOHA-DOHA-DENPASAR scheduled for November 12 at 20:10. On the day of the flight, we were denied boarding due to a volcanic eruption, and we were informed that the flights had been canceled. Since then, we’ve tried contacting Qatar Airways through WhatsApp, their website, phone support, live chat, and email, but no solution has been provided.

We are unable to rebook our flight, receive a refund, or even get a proper response. Our entire vacation, including Airbnb accommodations, has been ruined because we couldn’t plan alternative travel. This has caused significant financial and emotional distress. We demand an immediate resolution to this matter!
