Stranded by Qatar Airways! Forced Ticket Change, Lost Luggage & Ruined Holiday!

I am deeply disturbed by the ordeal I experienced with Qatar Airways. I couldn't reach the company and received no assistance. On February 5, 2024, I had a connecting flight from Sabiha Gökçen Istanbul to Denpasar, Bali, via Doha, Qatar. During the transfer to Doha, my ticket was forcibly changed, and I was stranded at the Qatar airport for 8 hours. The hotel and taxi fees for that day were already paid, all of which went to waste. I was rebooked for the morning flight. I confirmed with Qatar Airways staff that my luggage would arrive smoothly in Denpasar. However, upon arrival, my luggage was missing, left behind at Doha airport. After waiting at the hotel for 2 days, my damaged luggage was finally delivered 5 days later, near the end of my vacation. This ruined the holiday I had planned for years. As a woman, I had to go without my luggage for 5 days, incurring significant expenses. I suffered health problems due to stress and asthma medication being in my suitcase. Upon my return to Turkey, a staff member at Sabiha Gökçen Airport assisted me, and I was contacted by the company via email. They offered a settlement of $150, which is unacceptable. I have been put in a terrible situation both financially and emotionally. I received no compensation or assistance from the airport. I demand compensation from the company according to the terms of the Warsaw Convention to resolve my ordeal.
