My Pegasus Airlines Flight Delayed: 6-Hour Journey Took 24 Hours

On 19.07.2024, I bought tickets with 3 friends from Ankara to Almaty, Kazakhstan. The plane took off two hours late. On 31.07.2024, we bought Almaty-Istanbul flight tickets for 3 people. Again, the same issue, the plane took off 2 hours late from Almaty. Since our tickets had a connection in Ankara, we missed the 12:30 transfer.

We were rescheduled for 19:30. The final surprise was another flight delay. We were rescheduled for 21:30. We have been on the road for over 20 hours. How can there be such irresponsibility? No one asked if we were okay, if we were thirsty or anything. I vow never to go through this ordeal again. I have been flying with you for 6 years. I do not forgive this! My evidence is attached.
