On March 29, I ordered 4 boxes of Purisaki tape from the website Trypurisaki.com. During the payment process, approximately $90 was charged to my credit card. However, I did not receive any order confirmation email, SMS, or any kind of notification regarding my purchase.
After completing the payment, I was not provided with any shipping tracking details or an order number. When I tried calling the customer service number listed on the website, it appeared to be a foreign number, and I was unable to establish proper communication. So far, I have not received any response from the company.
Since neither my order nor my payment has been properly acknowledged, I am left in a difficult situation. I request either a full refund of the approximately $90 charged to my credit card or the immediate delivery of the Purisaki tapes I purchased.
