Unauthorized Weekly Charges From Converter Space on My Credit Card
Between August 4, 2025, and September 22, 2025, unauthorized charges were made to my Halkbank Paraf credit card on a weekly basis without my knowledge or consent. Each charge was approximately $25, totaling $210. The transactions appear on my statement under the name “converter.space,” and I only became aware of them after reviewing my bank’s mobile app.
I have no membership, subscription, or purchase history with this website. I also did not receive any invoice, email, or SMS notification regarding these charges.
As soon as I discovered the issue, I contacted my bank, canceled my card, and filed a dispute to initiate an investigation. My bank confirmed that they would begin reviewing the case. My card was always in my possession, and it was never lost or stolen. When I researched the issue online, I found that many other people have experienced similar problems.
I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges made without my consent, the cancellation of any subscription or account that may have been created in my name, and a detailed explanation of how my card information was obtained.
