Purisaki Order Not Delivered and No Customer Support

On March 28, I placed an order on trypurisaki.com for a belly patch product under the Claudia Hoffman brand. However, even after 6–7 days, I have not received any shipping information or any kind of notification regarding my order.
There is no phone number available on the website, so I cannot contact the company, and I have no access to any details about my order. Although the payment was successfully charged to my credit card, there is no product delivered and no customer support available.
I request that my order be canceled immediately and that the full amount I paid be refunded to the same credit card. I also ask to be informed about this matter as soon as possible.

I am requesting the cancellation and refund of my order, but I have received no response and I think the process is poor.
