Pirusaki Website Overcharged and Failed to Refund Payment

On March 14, I placed an order for a slimming patch through the official website of “Pirusaki Berberin Yama.” While placing the order, the total amount displayed on the screen was approximately $15. However, right after completing the purchase, I received a notification on my phone stating that approximately $90 had been charged to my card. I immediately contacted the company and informed them that I wanted to cancel the order.
They replied via email confirming that my order had been canceled and that the $90 would be refunded to my card within 3–5 business days. However, even after 10 days, no refund has been processed. Today, I received another message stating that my order would be delivered on March 27, which is contradictory since they previously confirmed the cancellation.
On March 22, my grandchild accidentally accessed the same website and clicked to purchase the same product again, resulting in another charge of approximately $90. I contacted the company again, and they stated that this second payment would also be refunded within 3–5 business days. However, neither of the two transactions has been refunded so far.
In total, approximately $180 has been charged to my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card, and I have not received any refunds. I am a disabled person in need of care, and having all the money in my card taken has put me in a very difficult situation.
I would like to emphasize that this company has not fulfilled any of its refund promises and has increased my financial hardship.
I request that the full amount of approximately $180 charged to my card be urgently refunded and that all related orders be completely canceled.
