Since March, my Garanti Bank credit card has been repeatedly charged without my knowledge under the name “Converter Space.” While there was only one charge in the first month, in the following months the number of charges increased to as many as six per month. In total, approximately $940 in unauthorized transactions have been made. All of these transactions were conducted online, and my physical card was never used.
I contacted my bank regarding this issue, canceled my card, and an investigation into the suspicious transactions has been initiated. However, I have not received any notification, invoice, SMS, or email from Converter Space. I contacted the company via email today, but I have not yet received a response. I have no idea what Converter Space is, and I have not signed up for any membership, subscription, or trial.
I would like to emphasize that all of these transactions were made without my knowledge, and I am requesting a full refund of the total amount charged to my account.
